COVID-19

In response to new Government guidelines relating to COVID-19, we have made a variety of changes to our usual working practices, alongside fully briefing all our engineers out in the field on hygiene best-practice. We will be continuing to monitor the situation and respond to any changes in these Government guidelines.

It goes without saying that safeguarding the welfare of our staff, customers and partners is at the forefront of minds.

To achieve this:

  1. We will liaise with you in advance of any visit or delivery to your workplace to ensure we are fully informed of any COVID-Secure measures you have in place, so we can comply when on site.

  2. Our engineers will arrive wearing gloves and a mask. The will be fully-equipped with everything they need, including sanitising equipment.

  3. To ensure we are on site for the minimal time possible, we now install devices remotely, so once we have delivered the printer to your desired location, we will do everything else offsite.

  4. If required, we can also deliver and install outside of normal working hours, to avoid being in your workplace at the busiest times of the day.
